How Antoma AI handles your information

This notice explains how Antoma AI Ltd collects and uses enquiry details, website analytics and other information when you visit this site or contact us.

Last updated: 4 July 2026

What we collect

When you contact us we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, project details and any other information you choose to share. If you accept analytics, we also receive basic website usage information through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your message, assess whether we can help, prepare for follow-up conversations and provide agreed services. Analytics is used only with consent to understand which pages are useful and how people find the site.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers needed to run the website and operate the business, such as our form delivery provider, hosting provider and Google Analytics when you have accepted analytics. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless we need them for an ongoing project, legal obligation or dispute. Analytics data is retained according to the provider settings in use at the time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where those rights apply. You can also change your analytics choice at any time by using the Cookie settings button in the footer or by clearing browser storage.

Cookies and storage

We use one essential storage item to remember your analytics choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and usage patterns. Non-essential analytics does not load unless you accept it.

Lawful bases

We use legitimate interests to manage and respond to B2B enquiries, contract performance where we provide services, and consent for optional analytics. If a different lawful basis applies to a specific situation, we will explain it at the time.

International processing

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards or adequacy arrangements offered by the provider.

Questions or complaints

Please contact us first at info@antomaai.com if you have a question about this notice. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
